The Zoo is New to Us!

This morning was seriously one of the best days ever! We packed up bright and early and headed to the zoo with Nonnie. We have not been since Nanny & Poppy were here in April, and a lot has changed for the boys since then. They are now running instead of just learning to walk, and they know every animal, can imitate almost all of their sounds and if they cannot say it, they at least know the sign for the animal. Amazing.

It was supposed to rain, but we figured at least we would be cooler if it did. We were not wrong. The light rain that we did get hit with felt amazing! Plus, the last time I was there I was going through some serious anxiety issues, and this time, it was so awesome just to enjoy the moment and feel like I could breath! Amazing indeed. We cannot wait until Nanny, Poppy and Auntie Peta arrive to do this again - they will be blown away for sure!!! Plus, doing it with them able to walk, or hop out of their cars is SOOOOO much better then the stroller. More hands = more fun!!!
